TEST RESULTS
This roast is one of my long time favorites for espresso, and I've posted quite a few bottomless extraction videos with this coffee. It is also one of my favorite coffees to drink as a pour over. Lately I've been experimenting with various pour over methods and recipes to figure out which one best suits this specific coffee. So far this method has given me the best results for this coffee. It brings out an incredible juicy blueberry flavor, and just the perfect amount of citrus orange acidity.
