TEST RESULTS

I really love the intense aromatics of this coffee! As soon as you open the bag, jasmine and peach flood the room. These smells are only intensified as you grind the coffee into a warm portafilter. This is technically a light roasted coffee. However, it embodies many of the more bass like attributes of a medium roast. It simultaneously maintains its status as a light roast though due to the subtle complexity the jasmine brings. Personally I enjoyed this coffee most with a slightly tighter ratio. It seemed to highlight a multitude of flavors ranging from deeper chocolate notes, to sweet vanilla, fruity peach, and all the way up to delicate lemon notes stained with jasmine. This coffee is very enjoyable to drink, and I found myself really taking my time, paying close attention to the movements in taste and smell as is cools.
