I've been wanting to try Rob Beans for a very long time now. So needless to say I'm really excited to get started. This is also the first coffee I've ever tested from Timor as well, so double jackpot. The flavor profile had already peaked my interest, and the incredible smell just puts it over the top! I'll post some additional photos with my extraction video and review.
