  • Coffee: 01 Espresso

  • Type: Blend

  • Roast: Light

  • Espresso Vision: 27 Light

  • Origin / Region: 40% Honduras Cabanas, 40% Colombia San Lorenzo, 20% Ethiopia Nansebo Worka

  • Processing: Washed

  • Elevation: Honduras 1450-1650 MASL, Colombia 1750-1850 MASL, Ethiopia 2000-2150 MASL

  • Flavors: Fig, Dark Chocolate, Caramel

This coffee has a smooth and creamy taste that is well balanced. It has the taste profile of a more traditional espresso blend, but since it's a light roast there are still plenty of bright and warm notes as well. Don't let the roast level on the bag fool you. This is most definitely a light roast espresso blend. Espresso Vision test comes in at a 27, which is 100% in light roast territory. The acidity comes through with the fig and caramel notes and is balanced out with a subtle chocolate base. It has an almost Fig Newton quality to it. I enjoyed it most as an Americano.
