TEST RESULTS

This medium / dark roast was a nice change transitioning from the two lighter roasts I just previously tested from Chronicle. This coffee has a wonderful creamy milk chocolate base paired with a sweet and deep caramel flavor that reminds me of dark brown sugar. This combination constructs a heavy body that creates an effect where you can almost feel a granular like texture from the dark brown sugar / caramel in your mouth. Then, right at the perfect moment, that viscous combo begins to fade, and pleasant glow of citrus lime bleeds to the forefront. That touch of brightness and acidity imprints on your tongue and locks in the flavors. I've thoroughly enjoyed these three coffees and I look forward to what Chronicle Coffee will create in the future!
