TEST RESULTS
I finally got some time to test out this coffee from Chronicle, and it has been well worth the wait! This coffee has a little bit of everything for everyone. It's labeled as a light roast, but if light roasts are not really your preference, don't pass on this one. In my opinion it's closer to a medium roast with the positive elements of a light roast. The Colombian side still gives you those wonderful chocolate bass notes that fans of medium roasts love. The Ethiopian side carries the best of light roast qualities with a bold blackberry burst and a crisp orange acidity that breathes life into the overall landscape of flavors. I thoroughly enjoy coffees like this, and Chronicle did a great job expertly blending these two coffees, and roasting them just right! I look forward to tasting more from them in the very near future. Hint Hint
