This coffee is packed with berry deliciousness! It has an amazing strawberry raspberry jam flavor with a crisp cherry punch. I thoroughly enjoyed this coffee as an espresso, and as a pour over. The Stagg X Brewer from Fellow produced the best pour over results by far. This coffee requires a finer grind than usual so make sure to adjust accordingly. Clean espresso extractions were extremely difficult to achieve, but the flavor always came through beautifully. After a whole lot of trial and error, and a little bit of luck, I was able to produce the extraction in this video.
